Cancellations: While we understand that things come up unexpectedly, we require 24 hours notice for cancellation. If you do not show for your appt. you will be charged for the scheduled session. If you are using a gift certificate for the scheduled session, it will no longer be valid.
Gift Certificates and Packages: All gift certificates and purchased packages are valid for seven years from the purchase date and are non- refundable. They are however, transferrable and can be given to friends or family.
Scheduling: While we would like to accommodate everyone, this is not always possible. Please keep this in mind when requesting specific appt. times. We will do our best to give you a day and time that works for you. |
